Booking Terms

1. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit (50% of the total journey price). Final payment is due 45 days before departure. For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

A booking confirmation and journey details will be sent to you via email within 48 hours of payment receipt.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and include the services specified in your journey itinerary. Prices do not include international flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, or activities not specified in the itinerary.

Guizhou Beyond reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of currency fluctuations, changes in local costs, or circumstances beyond our control. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before departure.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee (5%)
  • 45-59 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 30-44 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

No refunds are provided for unused portions of the journey, including accommodations, meals, or activities, for reasons including but not limited to illness, missed flights, or early departure.

4. Changes to Itinerary

Guizhou Beyond reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, government restrictions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided whenever possible.

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and evacuation is required for all journeys. Guests must provide proof of insurance at least 14 days before departure.

6. Liability

Guizhou Beyond acts only as an intermediary between you and local service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity arising from the acts or omissions of any third-party service providers.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports (with at least 6 months validity), necessary visas, and required vaccinations. Guests must also ensure they are physically capable of participating in the planned activities.
